Wrote term papers for other people in high school at $50.00 a piece until it became illegal. Fifty dollars back then was a lot of money.
Wrote stuff for bosses in several modalities – legal, medical, academic, municipal, and manufacturing over the next several decades. I moved around a lot.
Got challenged to write fiction. I found out I liked it.
Created, produced, wrote for, and sometimes acted in my audio podcast soap opera, Restless Shores (4-year run), and hard-boiled detective drama, Shamus (1 year run.)
I took a couple of years hiatus to care for a family member and then dealt with my own illness.
